GOD'S CARE CHILDREN'S HOME in the absence of a suitable home for orphaned and vulnerable children, LIGHT FOR ORPHANS MINISTRY provides a home to care for them as they can meet that need. Children’s needs are complex and require physical, social, developmental, and spiritual care to raise them with a sense of self confidence and self worth.God's Care Children's Home currently serves 40 children.

ABOUT US

LIGHT FOR ORPHANS MINISTRY is a local CBO. This Organization started in 2007 by Kirunda Daniel Moses ,who grew up in poverty stricken family where shelter,food, medication and education could hardly be met. Kirunda Daniel Moses grew up in misery,psychological torture and lack and ever lost hope of ever having access to what other children had, from this experience and the sense of feeling for the needy, Kirunda Daniel Moses realized that he was not alone,but many other else where in his same situation and to lager extent with the orphaned children. Kirunda Daniel Moses therefore realized that orphans if given a hand can regain hope and the lost glory.

GOAL
To fight stigma. Psychological torture among orphans and build hope that will help them regain their lost glory through promotion of basic/essential needs of life,Like food, shelter, medical care, accommodation, clothing and Education among others.
light for orphans ministry offers a global perspective and tremendous opportunities for ministry and life transforming
experiences. Opportunities abound to demonstrate
God’s kind of love, to share the Good News, to give
hope to those without hope by ministering to their
needs holistically (Isaiah 1:17, James 1:27).

The task is urgent. (LIGHT FOR ORPHANS MINISTRY PROJECT is merely one of the avenues through which you may express your love and render a helping hand to the needy.
You may partner with us in one or more following ways

(1) Praying for the success of LIGHT FOR ORPHANS MINISTRY and timely execution of the projects being undertaken by the organization.

(2) Supporting LIGHT FOR ORPHANS MINISTRY financially and/or materially regularly, or by giving a generous one-time gift to this Ministry.

(3) Making contributions to the Go Back to School Project, sponsoring one or more students in terms of school fees, many other more programs.

There is great need for daily basic needs and psycho social support at the home.my humble request is that you to consider being part of this ministry over there helping to look for the sponsors who can give a hand towards these orphans who are in need.

Community Activities

Our community reaches out to the needy to give aid and comfort. Food and clothing drives, helping the elderly, and repairing local homeless shelters and schools are just a small part of what we do.
